The Department of Culture acts for the promotion of Beit HaGefen as an active culture house which hosts artists and produces shows for the wide public. The department initiates activities and collaborations between different groups in a variety of cultural domains such as music, theater, circus and more, with the aim of establishing groups that will represent Beit HaGefen in Israeli and international cultural events.

Among the prominent events throughout the year:
"The Holiday of Holidays" – a multicultural festival which offers the visiting public exhibitions, gallery tours and a colorful happening in Wadi Nisnas and Beit HaGefen's complex, including street performers, stalls, activities and shows.

"Arab Culture Month" – which offers events and performances by Arab groups and artists, an exhibition at Beith HaGefen Art Gallery, cultural talks, the Arab book fair and more.
